By visiting this site you agree to the collection and use of your data in regards to the fulfillment of your request or order.

Thelastblkmermaid may collect personally identifiable information such as your "Name" to provide you with products and services. 

Intellectual Property Rights

Collectors may NOT reproduce the artwork in any way, without express written permission from the artist.  

All rights to artwork remain the sole property of Justice Niara/thelastBLKmermaid. This means that purchasing items does not give the customer rights to reproduce and or distribute the artwork in any way. This is to include digital means such as NFTs.

Liability Clause

Justice Niara of thelastBLKmermaid is not liable for any damages that were made by the customer. These damages would include instances such as water damage, fingerprints and or smudges, rips or tears, and or any other damages that would not have allowed the piece to make it past quality control. 

Fine art prints can be very delicate and are highly susceptible to smudges or fingerprints when handled.  Therefore, it is best to handle your prints with freshly washed hands, free of any oils. It is also best to keep your print protected and contained until it is ready to be framed.

Our processing times are as follows:

Prints and Apparel: 7 Days

Original Artwork: 5 Days

Shipping is Standard Ground shipping and may take 7 - 10 business days

*Paper prints are rolled and packaged in a secure tube for delivery. 

Return and Refund policy

At TheLastBLKMermaid I strive to keep an open line of communication during the entire buying process. However, I understand that sometimes things just happen.

Whatever the reason, I provide a money-back guarantee up to seven days after receipt of the purchase. 

• The product must be in its original condition and original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

• The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

• A $50 restocking fee may apply for original artworks.

• If you need to cancel or make a change to an order you must do so within 24 hours to prevent further processing.

• In the event that you receive a damaged product please alert me immediately so that I can begin the return process. Images of said damage must be included in your communication.

• In the event that a refund or return of funds is in order, you shall receive said funds within 7-10 Business days. 

• If you need to contact me regarding an order please include your name, order information, and method of payment used.

I have included some tips below to ensure that your piece is eligible for a return/refund

• Be very careful when opening your package.

• Keep all of the original packaging in good condition.

• Be sure NOT to remove corner protectors from the artwork

• Contact us WITHIN 7 days of the purchase's arrival.
